Do not use HumanScribed to create, polish, distribute, or scale illegal content, fraud, phishing, harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, malware instructions, evasion of platform rules, or content that infringes rights you do not hold.

Deceptive Use

Do not use the service to mislead readers about identity, authorship, affiliation, evidence, credentials, or material facts. Users are responsible for disclosure choices required by their audience, employer, publisher, platform, or law.

Sensitive Content

Do not submit regulated sensitive information, confidential third-party material, private credentials, or protected personal data unless you are authorized and the service is appropriate for that use.

Security Abuse

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, billing, quotas, rate limits, storage boundaries, model safeguards, logging, monitoring, or other operational controls.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, remove access, preserve audit evidence, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, security risk, payment misuse, or prohibited content workflows.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse, security concerns, or rights issues through the support channel provided with your account or subscription. Include relevant account, billing, URL, and timing details when available.
