How We Use Information

We use this information to provide rewrite features, save workspace history, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, secure accounts, debug production issues, and improve service reliability.

Service Providers

We share personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including payment processors, AI processing services, email delivery vendors, and cloud hosting infrastructure. These providers process data strictly to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Security Logs and Audit Events

We collect request metadata, account-security events, billing events, and operational error reports. These records are designed to avoid passwords, tokens, cookies, drafts, and rewrite output.

Retention

Account records, saved rewrites, voice profiles, subscription records, and audit events are retained as needed to operate the service, meet business requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Expired tokens, stale rate-limit data, and old operational records are periodically pruned.

Data Requests

Authenticated users can export their account data from /api/v1/account/export and request permanent account deletion through account settings. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, security, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
