Service

HumanScribed helps users rewrite, refine, and manage drafts, voice profiles, and rewrite history. Outputs are generated from user-submitted text, configured voice guidance, and the service's rewrite process.

User Content

You are responsible for the text, instructions, examples, and files you submit. You must have the rights needed to submit that material and to use resulting rewrites. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential third-party, or regulated sensitive content unless you are authorized to do so.

Generated Rewrites

Generated rewrites may contain mistakes, omissions, or language that requires review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving output before publication or reliance.

Acceptable Use

Do not use HumanScribed to create deceptive, harmful, illegal, infringing, harassing, or abusive content. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, authentication, billing controls, or security controls.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled through the billing portal or another supported account-management process. Plan limits, prices, and included usage are shown before checkout. Failed payments, chargebacks, or misuse may restrict access.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.

Availability

The service may be updated, interrupted, rate-limited, or unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or provider outages. We use operational safeguards, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
